PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber capable of exhibiting excellent dyeability without deteriorating lightweight properties, strength and chemical resistance which are characteristis of a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene. SOLUTION: This fiber comprises a block copolymer composed of (A) a polymer block mainly comprising an olefinic monomer unit and (B) a polymer block mainly comprising an acrylic or a methacrylic ester monomer unit.
