PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve appropriately regulating a minute liquid flow. SOLUTION: This flow regulating valve 4 is provided with a valve element operating member 35 vertically movable in its detention state so as to move a valve element 37 vertically, and differential screws 32 and 33 regulating the height of the valve element operating member 35 by the vertical feed of the pitch difference between an inner screw 42 and an outer screw 41. After the valve element operating member 35 is energized in a valve seat 19 direction by an energizing member 39 so as to close the valve, the differential screws 32 and 33 are threadly engaged therein to the bottom dead center.
