PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal structure of a rear main muffler, in which a elongated dimension of an exhaust flow passage is larger and a cost is lower than an elbow pipe. SOLUTION: A laminated plate 41 is overlapped with a surface of a front inner plate 4a on a compartment 5b side to constitute a double wall structure. The laminated plane 41 is depressed in a direction opposite to a surface facing the inner plate 4a to form a hollow portion at the center of the laminated plate. At upper and lower ends of the hollow portion 41a, openings 41b, 41 are formed to constitute the exhaust flow passage 42 elongated in a vertical direction. A tip of a first outlet pipe 8 is inserted and connected to the upper opening 41b, and the lower opening 41c is opened to the compartment, thereby length of the first outlet pipe 8 is elongated by length of the exhaust flow passage 42.
