PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement additive effective for increasing the fluidity even by decreasing the amount of water in a compounded cement such as cement paste, mortar and concrete and having moderate set-retarding action and, accordingly, preventing the early curing in summer season and a cold joint, and useful for improving the work efficiency in the placing work in summer season owing to the absence of undesirable odor. SOLUTION: The objective additive for cement contains taxifolin. |
