PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce stripping time period and improve work efficiency by automating the stripping processes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a feed table(20) installed inclined at a body(10); a bucket conveyer(40) for conveying a bobbin(1) contained in a bobbin feed bucket(30); a pair of rotating disks(50) arranged in the rear of the feed table, and which have a bobbin insertion hole and an inclined surface, respectively; a driving cylinder for driving rotating disks in forward and reverse directions; a pair of bobbin jigs(70) for preventing the bobbin inserted into a bobbin insertion groove from dropping, and adjusting horizontality and cutting interval of the bobbin; a pair of bobbin fixing cylinders(80) for pushing upwards both ends of the bobbin and allowing the bobbin to tightly contact the bobbin jig; a circular cutter(100) and a hot air nozzle(110) which move sideways through the cylinder and cooperate with each other so as to cut the residual yarn wound onto the outer periphery of the bobbin tightly contacting the bobbin jig; a residual yarn suction port for sucking the cut residual yarn into a collecting box(120); and a return table arranged inclined at the body, and which conveys to a bobbin container(130) the bobbin where the residual yarn is stripped off.
