POLYOLEFIN FOAMED RESIN CONTAINER AND ITS PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep-drawn polyolefine foamed resin container and its processing method. SOLUTION: The polyolefine foamed resin container is made of a polyolefine foamed resin sheet formed in an expansion ratio of 1.5 to 8 times and having a foamed layer in a thickness of 6 mm or below and made up in a draw ratio 9146/28(container height/minimum dimension at opening part of container)] of 0.6 to 1.5. The foamed resin sheet is desirably made by laminating a non- foamed layer of polyolefine resin in a thickness of 5 to 100μm at least on one side of the foamed layer, and the non-foamed layer is formed of a polyolefine resin having a long chain branching, or desirably of a polyolefine resin having a braching index 9146/28 A] which satisfies a formula 0.20<=[A]<=0.98.
