PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flow restrictors having high cost effect and reliability. SOLUTION: The flow restrictors are provided with a main body capable of self-retaining within a bleed port. The bleed ports are located over various portions of a gas turbines engine and extend through an engine casing. The flow restrictors are provided with a bore extending between the flow restrictor main body and first and second end parts. A slot extends between the outside surface of the flow restrictor main by and the bore. During assembly, the slot is adapted to the bleed port allowing the expansion of the flow restrictors. |
