PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole facility by which the location of the lid of the manhole can be easily found. SOLUTION: A vent pipe 1 as a ground facility is raised from the ground surface near the manhole. The vent pipe 1 comprises a raised pipe 2, and a cap 3 covering the top of the raised pipe 2. At the side surface of the upper portion of the raised pipe 2, a label A indicating the location of the manhole 4 is indicated. On this label A, a figure such as '3.5' is indicated by printing or the like. This label A means that the manhole lid 4 is located at a position 3.5 meters from the vent pipe in front of the label.
