PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and simple portable instillation device capable of pressing a drug solution bag for instillation without requiring a special driving source. SOLUTION: A pressing roller presses the drug solution bag for instillation by its dead weight to feed the drug solution to a patient. With the reduction of the drug solution in the drug solution bag for instillation, the pressing roller is lowered while rotating by the operation of a rope wound on itself while being restrained by a pressing roller position adjusting jig. With the rotation of the pressing roller, the upper part of the drug solution bag for instillation has its upper end connected with the rotating surface of the pressing roller and its lower end rolled onto the pressing roller with a film connected with a supporting board.
