PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an operator as a whole by making it impossible to put a hand into a machine during an ordinary operation of a rotary press and further by making it impossible to access the inside of the machine. SOLUTION: In a rotary offset press for machine glazed paper which operates by cylinders making a format changeable suitably, both sides of the press are covered so that the press can not be accessed during the operation and replacement and that no access can be made to a printing apparatus, in particular, and a hand can not be put therein. For this purpose, a passage module is used between the cylinders of the printing apparatus, in particular, and blind-like covering parts 22 are provided on the lateral sides of the passage module. These covering parts 22 are closed up during the operation of the press. |
