PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea extractor which produces high-quality black tea without being affected by lukewarm water supplied to a basket in the early stage. SOLUTION: Considering that the lukewarm water in water supply passages 10, 11 flows out in the early stage after hot water supply is begun, the lukewarm water is received in an auxiliary basket 5 to stay there instead of being directly fallen into a basket 4 for storing tea leaves, made hot to a certain extent by being mixed with high temperature water which is supplied afterwards and then fallen into the basket 4 for storing tea leaves. Consequently lukewarm water never touches the tea leaves and the water which is hot to a certain extent always touches the tea leaves, resulting in a good extraction of black tea components. |
