<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a card, which are excellent in the adhesive property between a protective layer, by a method wherein the protective layer is provided on a printing part, in which an image is formed without any trouble upon reading the transferred printing part by a reading machine or a man under the severe using condition for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The card, constituted of a card core and transparent over sheets, is manufactured by a method wherein a variable information is recorded on the surface of the over sheet, which is adhered to the card core, employing a heat transfer sheet having a coloring material layer on a substrate, then, the card core and the over sheet are laminated to integrate them and manufacture the card by cutting so as to have a predetermined size. The over sheet is provided with proper parting property upon recording through the heat transfer sheet and is provided with proper adhesive property upon hot pressing for laminating and integrating with the card core whereby the transferred printing part is excellent in the reading property through the reading machine or the like and the printing part is provided with the protective layer of the over sheet, which is adhered strongly, thereby permitting the obtaining of the card, excellent in the durability of the same.</p> |
