PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded article or pattern using silicone gum in order to lower the fraction defective of a product and to enhance productivity. SOLUTION: A molded article manufacturing method includes a first stage forming a mold by carving a necessary pattern in a metal plate by a white line, a second stage for mixing silicone gum, which is prepared by mixing a predetermined amount of silicone and a curing agent, with pigment regulated in hue and injecting the resulting silicone mixture in the formed pattern mold under pressure, a third stage for allowing the silicone mixture to stand in a vacuum defoaming machine held to a suitable vacuum condition by vacuum pump for a predetermined time to remove air bubbles, a fourth stage for removing the stain of the mold taken out of the vacuum defoaming machine and pressing the mold to an object in which the pattern is desired to be carved, to bond the silicone mixture thereto under pressure and a fifth process for allowing the pattern press-bonded to the surface of the object, which is separated from the mold, for a predetermined time to coagulate the same.
