PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for continuously cleaning fluid being a mixture of sewage, waste water and the like flowing in a pipeline, to colorless and odorless water. SOLUTION: In the water cleaning mechanism connected to the middle of a pipeline in which water flows, the mechanism is provided with a gas-liquid mixing pipe provided with a gaseous ozone blowing port and cross section of the part of pipe downstream of the blowing port of which is gradually enlarged in the water flow direction, and a collision plate disposed at the end part of the divergent pipe.
