PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defect that a stirring torque is increased in the case an agitating blade is clogged with the garbage which requires a long time to be decomposed or with undecomposed solid or in the case the blade is surrounded with the fibrous material of the garbage. SOLUTION: In a garbage disposer stirring and mixing a culture medium and aerobic bacteria in a disposal tank having agitating blades and a ventilation device, one open side of the section of the agitating blade is closed by a cover.
