PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module widening the material selection range of a case member to facilitate the recycling of the case member and excellent in convenience. SOLUTION: Seal fixing parts 4a, 4b are provided to the case member 2 in the vicinity of the outflow ports 23, 24 thereof through spacers 6a, 6b and a plurality of hollow fiber membrans 3 are mounted in the case member 2 so that only the hollow parts of them are opened to the opening ends 21, 22 of the case member 2 and seal members 71, 72, 73, 74 are provided between the outer wall surfaces of the spacers 6a, 6b and the case member 2 to prevent such a phenomenon that an unfiltered liquid penetrates into the case member from the outer wall surfaces of the spacers 6a, 6b or a filterate leaks to the outside.
