PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvable the number of parts, control and assembling properties, and improve the safety by preventing a grip from coming out from the rear side of a back alone at the same time. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat provided with a decorative back garnish 10 made of a resin fitted to the rear of a seat back 2 to cover a corresponding part, the back garnish 10 has the shape of a flat plate arranged vertically of the rear of the seat back 2 and has a grip part 14 that is formed integrally on the upside to project in a state in which it can be grasped.
