PURPOSE:To automatically execute a processing base on the desired condition and applied contents, etc., of a group by providing a group file composed of a record at every group and an application file composed of the record at every application and processing the application according to the priority order of the group. CONSTITUTION:In a group file 1, the designation of more than one period to be identified with a group code, preferential degree and block number is held to the record at every group. In an application file, the relevant group code, classification code, number of persons, number of times and block number are held to the record at every application. A scheduling part 3 determines the group code from the group file 1 by starting the determination from the group of the high priority order and successively picks up the record holding the determined group code from the application file 2. Then, the processing is executed concerning the respective records. Thus, the date of service such as a medical examination, to which a lot of the groups make the application, can be scheduled based on the desired condition and the applied contents of the group. |
