PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly feed a work in a working position and reverse the work with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This work feeding and reversing device is provided with a tool shaft 6 for detachably and attachably holding a tool 4, a main shaft 7 for holding the tool shaft 6, movable in a three-dimensional direction, and moving between in a feeding position of the work and in the working position thereof, a work hand 13 mounted on the main shaft 7, being rotatably around an axis, and for detachably and attachably holding a work 3, a work chuck 17 for detachably and attachably holding the work 3, and a work table 15 arranged in the working position of the work 3 and turning along with the axis direction of the main shaft 7.
