PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device for a welding wire, whose welding wire is hard to be attached with dust and spatters even when using a wire spool. SOLUTION: A protective disk 50 covering the front side face 44f of the wire spool 42 and a protective disk 52 covering a rear side face 44r, are provided. By this structure, since the front side face 44f is covered by the protective disk 50 and the rear side face 44r is covered by the protective disk 52, the welding wire 48 wound on the wire spool 42 becomes hard to be attached with dust and spatters.
