PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat having an inexpensive seat back with a good appearance. SOLUTION: This seat comprises a hollow seat back frame 8 formed by blow molding, a pad 9 arranged at least at a location except an armrest storing recessed part 6 of the seat back frame 8 and a bag-like skin 10 covering the pad 9 and the seat back frame 8 and supported from the seat back frame 8 by a supporting member 11. The supporting member 11 comprises a flat plate- like elongated supporting part 12 fixed to the inside of the skin 10 and pawl part 14 extending perpendicularly to the short side of the supporting part 12 and engaged by the seat back frame 8, and the pawl part 14 has a slit in which the supporting part 12 can be bent formed.
