SOLUTION: In the method for biologically treating a waste liquid containing ammonia and hydrogen peroxide and a waste liquid containing organic matter, the waste liquid containing ammonia and hydrogen peroxide is mixed with the waste liquid containing organic matter, an iron (II) salt is added to the mixture to bring about Fenton's reaction, and then the mixture is biologically treated.
