PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting a hoop into pieces with improved productivity and lower cost of equipment without requiring the pieces to pile up and without a separate transfer and supply mechanism. SOLUTION: This device comprises: a lower die formed by a vertically movable material-receiving-pin 17 for attaching each of the pieces obtained by subjecting the hoop 1 to cutting work to its top face by means of an air hole 27 for suction to hold and transfer each piece with its tip slidingly passed through a cutting die 3 and a slider 18 which has an air hole 18a connected to the air hole 27 and is disposed on the top face of a die holder 8 so as to be horizontally movable; and an upper die formed by attaching a cutting punch 2 opposed to the cutting die 3 and having an air hole 28 for exhaust to a vertically movable punch plate 5.
