<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a readily drinkable distilled liquor having sufficiently extracted characteristics derived from a raw material of distilled liquor, being eliminated from a taste stimulus caused by a high-concentration alcohol without a long-term aging, and having mellowness. SOLUTION: This distilled liquor having mellowness, a low alcohol taste stimulus and a good feeling on the tongue is obtained by using deep water in the sea whose components are not adjusted or desalted deep water in the sea subjected to desalting treatment as a part of water to be added in distilling an alcohol fermented material 1 and adjusting the alcohol strength of the obtained high-concentration alcohol beverage (unrefined liquor).</p> |
