PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning brush for endoscope capable of surely cleaning a conduit by inserting one end of a flexible linear body having bristles mounted thereon into the conduit from the inlet of the conduit, protruding it from the outlet of the conduit, connecting connectors provided on both ends of the linear body, thereby looping the cleaning brush, continuously circumferentially moving the looped cleaning brush only in one direction to clean the conduit with the bristles. SOLUTION: In this cleaning brush for endoscope 50, one end of the flexible linear body 52 having bristles 62 mounted thereon is inserted into a treatment tool insert channel 30 from a treatment tool insert port 26 and protruded from a treatment tool insert channel outlet 28. The connectors 56 and 58 are mutually connected to loop the cleaning brush 50. The looped cleaning brush 50 is circumferentially moved in one direction to clean the treatment tool insert channel 30 with the bristles 62.
