摘要 The invention relates to mineral processing and can be used for the enrichment of ores, industrial raw material, and various natural and synthetic materials, in addition to being used as an efficient technology for analyzing the phase composition of various natural and synthetic products. The inventive method is characterized by a supply of an initial material in a carrier fluid uprise jet and a consequent separation of the material particles according the density thereof. The direction of the uprise carrier fluid jet is reversed, thus forming a turbulence of the carrier fluid and augmenting the separation of "heavy" particles from "light" particles. The inventive device comprises a separating tube (1) mounted vertically or angle-wise with respect to the horizon, a pulsator (3) providing an uprise carrier fluid jet in the tube (1) and a reservoir (9) used for collecting a "light" fraction of a granular material. A flow control valve (5) is placed between the pulsator (3) and the tube (1). Said valve comprises an inverted valve (6) provided with a closing delayer (7) and a guide vane (8) for agitating a residual and for separating "heavy" particles of a material from "light" particles in the lower part of the separating tube. The invention makes it possible to improve the separation quality and to increase the productivity of the separation process.
