PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with high closing force where pulse generation performance and durability have been improved regarding back seal where a rotation detection function for detecting speed has been added. SOLUTION: In the back seal consisting of a slinger 3 with an encoder 4 and a sealing member 2, ferrite-family stainless steel that is obtained by adding Cu and Nb to the slinger of a member for mounting an encoder 4 that is made of an elastic magnetic body for reinforcement at an extremely low C of 19 Cr, thus providing a stable magnetic field, and achieving complete rustproofness, and at the same time providing a sealing device with high closing force. |
