<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved solenoid valve for regulating a fuel supply pressure of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The solenoid valve is provided with fuel supply lines 7a, 7b, and 7c, and a ball shutter 12 worked in cooperation with a conical valve seat 13 controlled by an electromagnet and disposed in the lines 7a, 7b, and 7c. The line is provided with fuel filtering means 22, 24; 29, 31; 36, 38 for preventing soiled particles from penetrating a gap between the valve seat 13 and the shutter 12. The fuel filtering means has cylindrical walls 22, 29, and 36 provided with some openings 24, 32, and 38. A thickness of the cylindrical walls 22, 29, and 36 is 1 mm or below and the widths of the openings 24, 32, and 38 are 0.25 or below.</p> |
