PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with both the case that high definition is required and the case that a high speed processing is required without requiring high definition. SOLUTION: As a pre-treatment process before an electrostatic latent image formation process on a photoreceptor drum, a flag CL is set in the case of incorporating a cleaning process according to the input operation of a control panel by a user, and the flag CL is reset in the case of not incorporating it (72, 74, 76). Similarly, a flag TR is set in the case of incorporating a transfer voltage optimization process, and the flag TR is reset in the case of not incorporating it (78, 80, 82). A flag EL is set in the case of incorporating an electrification discharging process, and the flag EL is reset in the case of not incorporating it (84, 86, 88). In the image forming processing, the pretreatment is performed or omitted according to the set state of the flag before the electrostatic latent image formation process on the photoreceptor drum. |
