PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional liquefied gas vaporizer requires a large amount of thermal energy for vaporizing a liquefied gas. SOLUTION: In the liquefied gas vaporizer, a heat exchanger 22 for vaporizing a liquefied gas being accommodated in a liquefied gas container 21 is arranged outside the liquefied gas container 21, the heat exchanger 22 is provided with a heater 23 that is composed by a catalyst combustion device 24 integrally, and the fuel of the catalyst combustion device 24 is supplied from a fuel pipe 26 that is branched from a gas take-out pipe 25 of the liquefied gas container 21, thus supplying the vaporization heat of the liquefied gas economically, safely, and without any power supplies, and installing the liquefied gas vaporizer at any location without requiring any power supply facilities.
