PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient housing space for an operator by comfortably enlarging a maneuvering part. SOLUTION: A retreating part which retreats backward in a slanting direction is formed in one side of the front part of a machine fame main body, and a fulcrum for mounting an excavation work part is protruded from the retreating part. A lever stand and operating seat are arranged at an interval in the forward and backward directions in the maneuvering part. A connecting path open to the right and left directions is formed between the lever stand and operating seat, and the retreating part is arranged in on side of the connecting path.
