摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly reproduce a wavelength multiplex optical signal without decomposing it into inputted optical signal components for an individual channel in a device for reproducing a wavelength multiplex optical signal. SOLUTION: The wavelength multiplex optical signal is directly introduced in an activation layer of a nonlinear light semiconductor device by using the nonlinear light semiconductor device having the activation layer containing self-organizing quantum dots.
