PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve metering accuracy, durability and reliability by radiating a heat generated in a system, using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A plurality of hoppers or the like are provided in a measurement controller 40, to generate a heat by driving to open or close the hoppers. The generated heat is radiated by a circulating passage A and a heat exchanger 41 coupled to the controller 40. A fan 28 is provided in a route of the passage A to expedite an air circulation. A temperature detector 44 is provided in the controller 40. A heat control means 42 controls a rotational speed of the fan 38 according to the detected temperature. A dehumidifier is provided in the exchanger 41 to dehumidify. Thus, a temperature rise and a humidity rise in the controller 40 are prevented to improve reliability and durability.
