PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that the corrosion of a humidifying tank is prevented without deteriorating heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A steam humidifier is provided with the main body of the humidifier 1, a humidifying tank 3 built in the main body of the humidifier 1, a heating element 4 heating to boil the water in this humidifying tank 3 and an air outlet 11 discharging the steam generated in the humidifying tank 3 outside. The steam humidifier is charactrized in that a polyether ether ketone resin film 23 is formed on the surface inside the humidifying tank 3 comprising a heat conductive member such as aluminum.
