PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and prevent wrong operation. SOLUTION: In this disc brake, provided with a coming-off lock structure preventing coming-off from a caliper main unit of a pad pin in the case of loosening its screw by fixedly screwing the pad pin 3 holding a pad 2 to a pin hole 1a of the caliper main unit 1, the coming-off lock structure is constituted by providing a lock groove 1c in an inlet part of the pin hole 1a to assemble a lock ring 6 locking movement to the outward by retaining a head part 3a of the pad pin in this lock groove. The lock groove can be worked during a work process of a screw hole, and the pad pin 3 can be shortened without needing protruding to an inner side, consequently a cost can be reduced. The lock ring closes a hollow part 3b to make a tool incapable of inserting, so as to prevent the wrong operation of the pad pin.
