PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall construction structure excellent in air permeability by constructing a bearing wall excellent in workability, water proof performance, and durability. SOLUTION: This outer wall construction structure 1 is formed by fixing plural ceramic outer wall plates 3 to a structural skeleton 2 of a building to constitute the bearing wall 30. The ceramic outer wall plate 3 is formed by lining a resin sheet 32 to the back side 31 thereof. A water proof tape 4 is interposed between the back side 31 and the structural skeleton 2 in the peripheral end part 34 of the ceramic outer wall plate 3. The structural skeleton 2 has a girth 24 constituting the horizontal skeleton, and the girth 24 is provided with plural cutout grooves 241 for ventilating air formed to vertically penetrate the contact surface with the ceramic outer wall plate 3.
