PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor frame which is favorable in productivity and is excellent in cooling condition and is further favorable in motor property, and to provide a motor or a motor pump using that motor frame. SOLUTION: This motor frame is equipped with a first tubular part 1 which stores a motor stator 13 inside and a second tubular part 2 which forms space 50 wherein handled fluid flows between itself and the first tubular part 1, being provided outside the first tubular part 1, and the first tubular part 1 and the second tubular part 2 mentioned above are made integrally of non-austenite stainless steel material. Furthermore, the periphery of the second tubular part 2 is equipped with a seat 3 for attachment of a frequency converter, and the first tubular part 1 and the second tubular part 2 mentioned above are made integrally of non-austenite stainless steel material.
