PURPOSE: A compression gas cartridge coupling device is provided to stably mount a cartridge by rotating a holder when a compression part of the holder sufficiently compresses the cartridge and prevent the generation of defects on an outer surface of the cartridge while improving the stable coupling state of the cartridge by mounting a rubber packing in the compression part. CONSTITUTION: A compression gas cartridge coupling device includes a holder having a compression part(21) for receiving a cartridge(K) inside and formed with slits longitudinally to be elastically retracted, and an outer taper part on an outer surface with a diameter to be expanded backwardly, and an outer screw part formed on an outer periphery of the rear part of the compression part, and a case(10) formed cylindrically to be inserted by the holder and having an inner taper part contacting the outer taper part of the holder, and an inner screw part formed on an inner periphery of a rear part to be screw-coupled with the outer screw part of the holder, wherein the case is fixed by a handle(32) inserted in a hole of an outer surface of the case and the holder rotates by using a wrench(34) inserted into a wrench groove formed at a rear end surface.
