<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix data multiplying device, with which circuit scale is small, a configuration is simple, the number of times of operation is decreased and high speed operation is enabled. SOLUTION: Concerning the matrix data multiplying device provided with an inner product operating circuit for operating the inner product of a matrix and a sorting circuit for sorting the data components of the matrix in prescribed order, this device is equipped with a first 64th-order inner product operating circuit 49 with the coefficients of 0, +1 and -1 and a second 4th-order inner product operating circuit 45 provided with a memory storing the data components of a constant matrix, the input data of eight rows and eight columns are directly supplied to the first inner product operating circuit 49, the output of that first inner product operating circuit 49 is directly supplied to a second inner product operating circuit 45, and the output of that second inner product operating circuit 45 is derived through a sorting circuit 46.</p> |
