PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of surely transmitting information at a low cost and in real time as needed to a person desiring information provision. SOLUTION: An information mediation center 20 receives the provision of the information from plural information provision terminals 10, works the information and provides a portable telephone system 40 specified in the information provision terminal 10 with the information by a method specified in the information provision terminal 10.
