PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of a disk. SOLUTION: The disk delivering an delivering device comprises a tray 4 to be loaded with the disk, a first rail 2 and second rail 3 for guiding the movement of the tray 4 and a control circuit 10 for controlling the movement and angle of the tray 4. The tray 4 is pivotally supported via a revolving shaft 5 at one point and at another point via a first arm 6 and second arm 7 to each of the first rail 2 and the second rail 3. The first rail 2 has a rack gear 2a and the control circuit 10 rotates a first gear 8 engaging with the rack gear 2a to move the tray 4 between a housing position and a take-out position. The connecting point of the second arm 7 and the second rail 3 is provided with a gear 7a fixed to the second arm 7 and the control circuit 10 rotates the second gear 9 engaging with the gear 7a to incline the tray 4 at a prescribed angle with the first rail 2 and the second rail 3.
