PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the proposal of a data processing method on the side of an accessed home page for proposing the change of a retrieval condition. SOLUTION: The access information of a retrieving person, who is previously registered as a member or approves proposal, is made into data base, data in that data base are analyzed and the retrieved result on a new retrieval condition reworking the retrieval condition presented by the retrieving person is presented to the retrieving person.
