PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution collection substitute system in Internet mail order, which allows even the existing small store to easily go into Internet mail order. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a merchandise information presenting means 12 presenting information about various pieces of merchandise handled by a plurality of stores on the Internet, a merchandise order receiving means capable of designating a store handling merchandise whose information is presented by the merchandise information presenting means and receiving an order on the Internet about the merchandise, an order communicating means communicating information about the order received by the merchandise order receiving means to a physical distribution window company having business relations with the store designated by the order through a communication line, and a document data transmitting means transmitting data to be written in a document needed to be transmitted to the ordering user with respect to the order in the name of an operating company to the physical distribution window company through the communication line. |
