PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to improve an operational characteristics of a plasma display panel by dropping a discharge voltage. CONSTITUTION: A pair of upper electrodes(4) are formed on a surface of a front glass substrate(1) in an upper structure of a plasma display panel. A dielectric layer(2) is formed on the upper electrode(4) by means of a print techniques. A protection layer(3) is formed on the dielectric layer(2) by a deposition method. In the bottom structure of the plasma display panel, a bottom electrode(10) is formed on a reverse glass substrate(9). A barrier rip(6) is formed between the upper electrode(4) and the bottom electrode(10) in order to prevent a cross-talk of neighboring cells. An optical catalytic layer(21), which made of a titanium oxide(TiO2), is formed on the bottom electrode(10) including the barrier rip(6) and the reverse glass substrate(9). A phosphor layer(8) is formed on the optical catalytic layer(21). |
