PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction apparatus using a video mobile communication terminal is provided to directly show a video of goods using a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) or IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000 video mobile communication terminal and perform an electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: A video mobile communication terminal(100) is connected with an Internet through a video mobile communication network for performing an electronic commercial transaction through the connected Internet. A home shopping server(400) provides goods information selected in a goods database to the video mobile communication terminal(100) connected through the Internet, and constructs goods order information in a member database. A goods providing terminal(500) displays delivery information of goods ordered by goods order information provided from the home shopping server(400), and requests a credit of a settlement account of an orderer and requests a settlement of a goods buying price. A bank computer network(600) provides credit information of the settlement account of a subscriber of the video mobile communication terminal(100) and settles the goods buying price requested by goods providing terminal(500).
