PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronized signal generation device for generating a synchronized clock signal from a data signal without using an analog circuit. SOLUTION: A phase difference between a data signal 11 and an external clock signal 12 whose period is equal to the signal 11 is measured by a phase change circuit 2 and counters 200 to 219. Judgement circuits 300 to 319 select phase change signals 150 to 169 whose phase differences to the data signal 11 are equal and generate a synchronized clock signal 17.
