PURPOSE: A preventing device of a sliding for a vehicle is provided to easily and simply install and dismantle a chain in a tire. CONSTITUTION: Each gear unit(200) contains a jig, a circular drum(15), a gear(6), a latchet gear(3) and a spring. The jig has protruded pins of large diameter and small diameter. The protruded pin of large diameter is combined with a large hole(8) of a circular panel. The protruded pin of small diameter is combined with a small hole(9). The circular drum is protruded through a support shaft(14) of the jig and fixed with a hole of a chain. The gear is protruded through another support shaft(13) to rotate the circular drum by interlocking with the circular drum through gear shafts(11,12). The latchet gear is formed between the circular drum and the gear and rotated by interlocking through the gear shaft. The latchet gear prevents the opposed rotation of the gear. The spring connects an end of the latchet gear with the jig. Thereby, the chain is installed and dismantled easily and quickly.
