FINISHING AGENT FOR FIBER, FIBER STRUCTURE BY USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fiber finishing agent capable of imparting a moisture-absorbing polymer in a shape of a uniform film to the surface of the fiber, and capable of providing a high moisture-absorbing properties while suppressing the hardening of the feeling to minimum, and further to provide the fiber structure by using the finishing agent and a method for producing the fiber structure. SOLUTION: This finishing agent for the fiber contains a polymer which has 0.2-5.0 g/L solubility in water at 20 deg.C, and of which at least 50% is made insoluble at a temperature within 40-140 deg.C, and the moisture absorption parameterΔMR of the polymer is >=20%.
