PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device capable of simultaneously obtaining video having plural view angles. SOLUTION: In the image pickup device 1, a partition 18 is provided almost near the center of a vertical direction on an imaging device 16 and a telephotographic lens 12 and a wide-angle lens 14 different in focal distance are provided above and below the partition 18. Then, an image by means of the telephotographic lens 12 is formed on the image pickup plane of upper half of the imaging device 16 and an image by means of the wide-angle lens 14 is formed on the lower half. Thus, telephotographic side video and wide-angle side video can be simultaneously provided. Besides, since it is not necessary to conventionally mechanically switch the wide-angle side and the telephotographic side, reliability is improved.
