<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing job, which is highly versatile and capable of unitarily managing a variety of multiple jobs. SOLUTION: Any job is managed by four elements of charge (Person) 1, managing target (Object) 2, target (Status) 3 and time (Time) 4, and on the basis of these elements, managing items are commonly set to respective jobs. The managing information of respective jobs is registered to the post schema 50 of a computer system for management as job characteristics. On the basis of the registered managing item and information, the post schema 50 automatically generates a program 52 for WEB (or network) retrieval for job management and a data base 54 for job information. On the job site to execute the job, while using a personal computer, portable information terminal or portable telephone, the required managing information is retrieved from the data base 54 by utilizing the retrieval program 52.</p> |
